PLAYERS GUIDE
Welcome to the Estai Players Guide. If you are viewing this page that must mean you are interested in our rp chat channel and are thinking about making a character to join our community. Estai is different than most channels in that we do not limit you to certain races and classes, you get to decide what and how to play. While it may seem difficult at first, this Players Guide is designed to help you to easily create your character and jump into the action. First, let's go over the tabs listed under Players Guide, to get you familiar with the website.
SETTING
The SETTING page will teach you all about the world of Estai and where the rp takes place. It is important to read this as it will not only prepare you for making your character, but provide interesting lore and legends to help design your character.
RACES
The RACES page will get you started on creating your first character. You may choose to play one of the eight native races or create your own. If you opt to create your own, you have 20 RP (Racial Points) to spend on Racial Abilities.
SKILLS
The SKILLS page allows you to better design your character by giving him basic skills to excell at. You have 30 CP to spend across the SKILLS and CLASSES pages during character creation so use your CP wisely. You also get bonuses to these skills through Racial and Class Abilities.
CLASSES
The CLASSES page is the last stop on your character creation journey. You may choose one of the six basic classes, or opt to multiclass at 5CP per class. Remember, you only have 30 CP to spend across the SKILLS and CLASSES pages during character creation so use your CP wisely.
COMBAT
The COMBAT page will teach you all you need to know about the rules of engagement. While these rules will only apply to events and Player vs Player combat, it will help you better understand the game mechanics as a whole.
